Safdar Jan joined IPPA as a Research Assistant in October 2023 where his work primarily focuses on conducting data analysis, literature and policy reviews in the fields of Urban Resilience and Health Economics.

Previously Safdar served as a faculty assistant for the tenure of two years incorporating Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant roles at the School of Arts and Sciences, University of Central Asia, Khorog, Tajikistan (UCA-SAS). He was among the inaugural batch of UCA earning his degree in Global Economics.
