Mahsa Moazzen holds a bachelor’s degree in Islamic Art/Persian Painting and a master’s degree in Islamic Art research from Tabriz Islamic Art University, Iran. During her studies at the university, Mahsa participated in different projects related to her profession including mural art, painting restoration, jewelry designing, and attended national and international art expos. After graduation, she started teaching visual arts meanwhile holding various workshops at art institutes.
In January 2020, she joined the University of Central Asia as a research assistant in the Department of Social Science and Humanities, focusing on Central Asian Art and culture. At the same time, she collaborated with the Student Life Team for organising art classes and exhibitions on campus.
