Ainura has an extensive experience in project coordination and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning in gender equality and women empowerment, healthcare, public administration and natural resources governance at USAID, UN Women, and Open Society Foundation in Kyrgyzstan.

Ainura graduated from the American University of Central Asia in 2008 with a BA degree in International Comparative Politics (Magna Cum Laude). She later pursued her MA degree in the Comparative Public Policy from the University of Edinburgh in 2010.
