Elvira Muratbekova is an Executive Assistant to the Dean of the School of Arts at the University of Central Asia. Elvira has been working at UCA's Naryn campus since 2017. Prior to her new role, Elvira worked as a Receptionist /Transportation Coordinator in the Operations Department. In 2022, she was transferred to the Maintenance Department within Operations and served as a Maintenance Planner. In 2023, she transitioned to the role of Academic Support and Liaison Officer at the School of Arts and Sciences.

Elvira has a BA degree in Philology from Naryn State University. She is currently pursuing a degree in Pedagogy.
