Consent to the Collecting and Processing of Personal Data

Hereby, following the provisions of the applicable data protection legislation, voluntarily, by your will and in your interest, you provide your unconditional consent to the receipt, storage and processing of your personal data to the University of Central Asia, an organisation established by an International Treaty between the Republic of Tajikistan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ismaili Imamat on 31 August 2000 (“Treaty”) and operating in the Founding States under the applicable provisions of the Treaty (hereinafter – the “University”).

Consent is given to the processing, transfer and cross-border transfer of one, several or all categories of personal data that are not special or biometric provided by you, which may include:

• last name, given name, second/patrimonial name
• date of birth
• sex
• e-mail address
• contact phone number
• country (citizenship)
• city/town

Consent is given to the University to perform the following actions with your personal data using automation tools and/or without using such tools: collecting, organising, structuring, storing, altering, modifying, using, disseminating, depersonalising, blocking, erasing, destroying, as well as the implementation of any other actions provided for by the currently applicable data protection legislation, both non-automated and automated methods.

• This Consent is given to the University to receive, store and process your personal data for the following purposes:
  conducting statistical and marketing research;
• communications and consultations on educational services of the University;
• provision of services/works/goods of the University to you;
• sending notifications to you regarding the services/works/goods provided by the University;
• preparing and sending responses to your inquiries;

This Consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and may be subject to the revoke by you via sending a corresponding notice to the e-mail address: SPCE.Tekeli@ucentralasia.org. You are aware that once the University terminates your personal data processing, using the services/works/goods of the University by you may be impossible. We stop processing within 30 days unless the University has the right to continue processing personal data if there are legal grounds in the applicable data protection legislation.

You are notified that the Privacy Disclosure applies to personal data that the University has received or may receive from you during registration and/or in the process of using the University's products.
