Rector's Office

The Rector’s Office of the University of Central Asia (UCA) serves as the central administrative body supporting the Rector and the Board of Trustees in implementing the University’s strategic objectives and overseeing its day-to-day operations. In addition to the Rector, the Office comprises the Chief of Staff, Policy Manager, Executive Assistants, and is responsible for coordinating across academic and administrative units to ensure institutional alignment and effectiveness.
The Rector’s Office leads the development and oversight of university-wide policy, risk management, and compliance frameworks, and plays a key role in advancing strategic initiatives and institutional planning. It supports the work of the Management Executive Committee (MEC) and the Board by formulating proposals, facilitating decision-making processes, and ensuring the execution of approved resolutions.
In addition to its operational role, the Office leads the strategic review process on behalf of the University’s management and is preparing to expand its capacity through the appointment of a Senior Strategy Advisor. Through its leadership and coordination, the Rector’s Office contributes to UCA’s mission of fostering excellence in education, research, and community development across its founding states, while enhancing the University’s visibility and partnerships regionally and globally.
