Sedbegim Mirzosaidova
Sedbegim Mirzosaidova is a Lecturer in Global Economics at the University of Central Asia, where she teaches business and finance courses and develops curriculum aligned with a liberal arts approach. She is particularly interested in strategic management and sustainability, areas that shape both her teaching philosophy and her emerging research agenda.
She brings extensive professional experience from the health, energy, and development sectors, including roles as Finance Manager at the Aga Khan Health Service, Tajikistan, Technical Assistant for Financial Inclusion at MSDSP, and Program Management Support Officer at the Aga Khan Foundation, Afghanistan. In these roles, she supported financial planning, market analysis, program design, and strategic reporting, contributing to institutional strengthening across multiple organizations.
Sedbegim is our CAFDP Alumna and holds an MPhil in Strategy, Marketing, and Operations from the Judge Business School of University of Cambridge. She is a Certified Accounting Practitioner and is currently pursuing the ACCA qualification. Her scholarly work includes publications on investment activity, total quality management, regional integration, and lean production.
