Nagima joined the Graduate School of Development in August 2024. She previously worked with UCA’s Registrar's Office for two years as a Kyrgyzstan Senior Student Recruiter. Prior to that, Nagima was engaged in research activities with the Central Asia Barometer and the Central Asian Research Centre (ORASAM).

She holds a Master's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Marmara University, Istanbul.
