Huvaydo has been part of the SPCE, UCA team since 2013, initially serving as the Project Manager of the MIAD Global Development Alliance project. Later, he took on the role of Acting Head of SPCE Afghanistan, followed by positions such as Project Coordinator of Thrive Tajikistan and Local Impact Energy+. In 2023, he ventured into a different realm, joining AKF Syria as a Continuous Education Centre Adviser.

Before his tenure at UCA, Huvaydo was involved with the association of entrepreneurs and mountain farmers, "Milal-Inter".

He holds a degree in Economics from Khorog State University.
