Elvira Muratbekova is the Executive Assistant to the Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Central Asia. Since joining UCA’s Naryn campus in 2017, she has held a variety of roles across operations and academics, including Receptionist and Transportation Coordinator, Maintenance Planner, and Academic Support and Liaison Officer.
Elvira holds a BA degree in Philology from Naryn State University and studied as an exchange student under the Erasmus Mundus TOSCA II programme at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland. She also holds an MA degree in the Pedagogy of Higher Education. She brings extensive experience in academic coordination, process management, and institutional support to her role at UCA.
