Zarrina Alishoeva
Resource Mobilization Coordinator Tajikistan
Zarrina Alishoeva is the Development and Donor Relations Coordinator for Tajikistan overseeing, proposal development, donor relations, and grant management for Tajikistan. Her role also involves representing UCA at key external donor events and coordinating donor visits. Prior to her current position, Zarrina served as the Policy and Partnerships Coordinator at the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) in Kabul, Afghanistan where she managed a substantial grant portfolio. Prior to this, she worked with AKF Tajikistan, the Japanese Embassy and the University College London. She holds a Master of Science in Development Administration and Planning from University College London. Zarrina also completed a Graduate Diploma in Islamic Studies and Humanities from the Institute of Ismaili Studies and holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
