Nazgul Kuldjigachova is the Resource Mobilization Coordinator for Kazakhstan, focusing on donor relations and building partnerships to support research and programmatic activities. Additionally, Nazgul supports project development, ensuring compliance with donor regulations, and provides financial expertise.

Prior to joining UCA, Nazgul accumulated 20+ years of experience in administrative and organizational roles, specializing in finance, budgeting, grant-funded project management, human resources, operations, etc. in diverse sectors across Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. Her extensive background includes significant positions in financial analysis, change management, human resources management, consulting and operational coordination across various sectors spanning from education, consulting, IT, to the oil & gas industries. Nazgul holds an MBA degree from the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, and a Certified Specialist’s Diploma (Hons) in World Economics from the Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture.
