Badakshan University Gets Digital Library Via UCA Programme
On 30 May, Badakhshan University in Afghanistan inaugurated a digital library, which was established within the University of Central Asia’s (UCA) Mountain Universities Partnership (MUP) programme.
The library is fully equipped with 12 workstations that will allow students and faculty members to access digital resources. This marks important progress in improving higher education and enhancing students’ learning experiences through the use of modern technology at Badakhshan University.
The Rector of Badakhshan University, Dr. Muhammad Qassim Aria, the Head of UCA’s School of Professional and Continuing Education (SPCE) in Afghanistan, Rahman Nazar Farhad, and faculty and staff of Badakhshan University and SPCE Afghanistan attended the inauguration.
