Tatiana Okhlopkina is a full-time English instructor at UCA SPCE, Bishkek LC, with responsibility to deliver YLE, AAP and CEN English programmes.

Tatiana holds a bachelor degree in Linguistics, The Theory and Methodology of Teaching Foreign Languages and Cultures from Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, a master's degree in Linguistics from Kyrgyz National University named after Zh. Balasagyn, Teaching Knowledge Test Cambridge certificates (3 modules) and CAE Advanced Cambridge certificate.
