Samat Kalmuratov is a Research Assistant at the Mountain Societies Research Institute at the University of Central Asia. His work focuses on environmental monitoring, agricultural modernization, and community engagement. He coordinates projects aimed at advancing agricultural advisory platforms in Kyrgyzstan and contributes to participatory environmental monitoring initiatives in Central Asia.
Samat holds an MBA in Agricultural Management from the University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan Triesdorf in Germany, where he conducted an economic analysis of livestock farm development in Kyrgyzstan.
His work involves field research, technical supervision, and partnership-building with local communities.
