Olga is an accomplished academic and professional with a distinguished career in economics and higher education. She holds a Diploma with distinction in Economics, specializing as an Economist-Finansist, and a Candidate of Economic Sciences degree (equivalent to a PhD in Economics). Olga has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Management and Marketing at Khorog State University (KSU) until May 2024. During her tenure, she also served as the Vice-Rector for International Relations from 2012 to 2022 and led the Economics Department.
Her expertise extends to significant roles in international education, including serving as a Higher Education Reform Expert and Local Erasmus+ Projects Coordinator at KSU. Olga has collaborated with prestigious organizations such as the European Union, World Bank, Soros Foundation, and various programs of the Indian and US embassies.
