Chinara Saparova is a professional projects manager, certified by APMG International, and has twenty years of experience in projects management. Chinara’s academic background comprises outstanding universities of Kyrgyzstan, Europe, and USA. She holds Executive Master in Development Policies and Practices from the Graduate Institute of Geneva, Switzerland; and Special Program for Urban and Regional Studies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.

Chinara’s recent projects were related to the environmental products including the Kyrgyz Data Cube derived from satellite Earth Observation data (SIBELIUs); and Promoting Sustainable Consumption and Production for Green Economy and Tourism.
