Bahodur brings a wealth of experience from the NGO sector in Tajikistan. He served as the director of Internews Network in Tajikistan for nearly seven years. Following this, he was a Visiting Scholar at The University of Tennessee, teaching in the Journalism and Media Department. He then led the Academy of Mass Communications and, in 2021, transitioned to project management at Geres.
Bahodur holds specialist degrees in Journalism and the History of the Iranian Language from Tajik National University.
