Lilia Khabieva

Team Assistant 

Lilia Khabieva is Team Assistant, providing administrative and logistical support. Before joining UCA, she worked as a consultant and translator at the World Bank Country Office in the Kyrgyz Republic for two years. In the past Lilia also worked as translator for the Representative Mission of “Médecins Sans Frontières-Switzerland” in the Kyrgyz Republic, as Assistant to the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at LLC Sky Mobile (Beeline TM), Assistant to the Honorary Consul of Italy in Bishkek, and as translator and Assistant Editor at The Times of Central Asia (English-language) newspaper. Lilia graduated from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU) and has a professional Diploma with honors in Linguistics and Intercultural Communications (English, Russian and German languages).
